 International Orders

 We do offer international shipping at this time. Duties and Taxes for International orders are not included in the total upon checkout. The recipient is responsible for those charges upon delivery

I ordered the wrong stuff! What do I do?

 Once you place an order at flexdex, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email support@flexdexskateboards.com

When will my order ship?

 Product may take up to ONE WEEK to process before shipping from the receipt of your order due to warehouse safety, health measures and increased demand. Additionally, we are closed from the week between Christmas and New Years Day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes. Tax rates are based from the state in which you purchase.

We accept all major credit cards and forms of payment.

If I order the wrong item can I return it?

Yes, you may return your UNUSED product for a full refund with in 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of flexdex receiving your return. Customers are responsible for shipping cost unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. We do not offer direct exchanges.
